I have just received book 2 of the amazing Glimmer Train titles and I am so happy. I’ve had book 1 for years and barely used it until recently and I can’t believe what I’ve been missing. These fat 400 page books ask hundreds of author how they overcome writing challenges based on the building blocks of the craft (book 1) and inspiration and discipline (book 2). 

I found my book 2 copy on Abebooks and you should definitely hunt them down. If you don’t like them selling them on will be very easy as they are very rare and in demand.
